This page is maintained by Hendo to answer common security and privacy questions about hendoai.com. It describes current practices, not an independent certification.
What we collect
When you submit the Scorecard form or the contact brief, we collect the information you type into those forms — typically your name, work email, company or role, and a short description of what you’re working on. We don’t ask for anything we don’t need.
We don’t run third-party advertising trackers or sell any data. Basic anonymous traffic analytics may be used to understand what pages people read.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to reply to you, send the resource you requested, and, where you’ve opted in, to send occasional email from Hendo. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Where it lives
Contact brief submissions are stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security enabled, so application users cannot read each other’s submissions. Email delivery and newsletter sign-ups are handled by reputable third-party providers under their own privacy terms.
Access & deletion
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hendo@hendoai.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies and local storage required for it to function. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by Hendo.

If you spot a security or privacy issue, please email hendo@hendoai.com with details. We take reports seriously and will get back to you.
